HOTEL 

Guest parking at the Lied Lodge. Trolley transportation provided 5:00-5:20 to the ceremony at Terrace Garden near Arbor Lodge and to the reception at Steinhart Lodge. Trolley will also be available for transportation back to the Lied Lodge at the conclusion of the reception.

Arbor Lodge State Historical Park is the original home of the Morton family. It was here in 1872 that the idea for the first Arbor Day began — as a way to encourage people everywhere to plant trees so desperately needed. On the first Arbor Day, nearly 1 million trees were planted in Nebraska.
